These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between ah333 ("the Platform," "we," "us," or "our") and any individual ("Player," "you," or "your") who registers an account, accesses, or uses the ah333 online gaming platform available at ah333.net.

ah333 is an online gaming platform that provides casino games, live dealer tables, sports betting, bingo, and related gaming services to eligible players in the Philippines. The Platform operates within the regulatory framework established by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR).

These Terms apply to all aspects of your use of ah333, including account registration, deposits, withdrawals, participation in games, use of bonuses and promotions, and all communications with the ah333 support team. By creating an account or placing any bet on the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full and agree to be bound by them.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Platform" means the ah333 website, mobile-optimized site, and all associated services accessible at ah333.net.
• "Account" means the registered player account created by an individual on the ah333 Platform.
• "Player" means any individual who has registered an Account on the Platform and is eligible to use the services.
• "Balance" means the total amount of real-money funds held in a Player's ah333 Account at any given time.
• " Bonus" means any promotional credit, free bet, free spin, or other incentive awarded to a Player by ah333 subject to specific terms and wagering requirements.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a Bonus amount must be wagered before it or any associated winnings may be withdrawn.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country, territory, or region from which access to and use of the Platform is restricted or prohibited under applicable law.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer – the identity verification process required by ah333 before processing withdrawals or as otherwise required by the Platform.

To register and maintain an Account on ah333, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. This is a mandatory requirement under Philippine law and PAGCOR regulations. ah333 strictly enforces this age restriction and will request documentary proof of age at any time.
• You must be a natural person. Corporate entities, trusts, and other non-individual legal persons may not register Accounts.
• You must be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is not prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or officer of ah333, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from the ah333 Platform or any other gaming platform operated under the same regulatory framework.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under Philippine law.

ah333 reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time, including but not limited to a government-issued photo ID, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by ah333 may result in Account suspension or closure.

To register an Account on ah333, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information as requested during the registration process. You agree to maintain and promptly update your Account information to ensure it remains accurate at all times.

Each Player is permitted to hold only one (1) active Account on the ah333 Platform. The registration of multiple Accounts by the same individual – whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, or device identifiers – is strictly prohibited. ah333 employs technical and manual detection methods to identify duplicate Accounts. Where duplicate Accounts are identified, ah333 reserves the right to close all associated Accounts and forfeit any Balances or Bonus funds held therein.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. ah333 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials. You must notify ah333 immediately if you suspect any unauthorized access to your Account.

ah333 is required to verify the identity of all Players prior to processing withdrawal requests and may conduct verification at any stage of the Account lifecycle. You agree to provide all documentation requested by ah333 for KYC purposes, including but not limited to a valid government-issued photo ID (such as a Philippine passport, driver's license, or SSS/UMID card), proof of residential address, and proof of ownership of any payment method used on the Platform.

All deposits to your ah333 Account must be made using payment methods accepted by the Platform, which currently include GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, Visa, and Mastercard. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. ah333 does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources – all deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name.

The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Withdrawal requests are subject to completion of KYC verification. ah333 processes GCash and PayMaya withdrawals within minutes of approval for verified Accounts. Bank transfer withdrawals (BPI, BDO, Metrobank) are typically processed within one (1) business day. ah333 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal request.

All Account Balances, deposits, withdrawals, and wagers on the ah333 Platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). No currency conversion fees are applied to PHP transactions.

ah333 is committed to preventing money laundering and the financing of illegal activities. The Platform complies with applicable Philippine anti-money laundering laws and regulations. ah333 reserves the right to report suspicious transactions to the appropriate authorities and to suspend or close Accounts where money laundering activity is suspected.

ah333 offers various bonuses and promotions to eligible Players from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms communicated at the time the bonus is offered:

• Bonuses are available to Players who have completed Account registration and, where applicable, identity verification.
• Each bonus offer may only be claimed once per Player, per household, per device, and per IP address, unless otherwise stated.
• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements that must be fulfilled before any withdrawal of bonus funds or associated winnings is permitted. The applicable wagering requirement will be stated in the specific bonus terms.
• ah333 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Bonuses may not be transferred between Accounts or exchanged for cash except in accordance with the applicable wagering requirements.
• Where ah333 determines that a Player has abused the bonus system – including through the use of multiple Accounts, coordinated play, or any other method designed to circumvent wagering requirements – ah333 reserves the right to void the bonus and any associated winnings and to suspend the Player's Account.

All games available on the ah333 Platform are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. By participating in any game, you agree to be bound by the applicable game rules. The following general gaming rules apply across all ah333 games and betting markets:

• All bets are final once confirmed. ah333 does not accept requests to cancel or modify confirmed bets except where expressly permitted by the applicable game rules.
• In the event of a technical malfunction or system error that affects the outcome of a game or bet, ah333 reserves the right to void the affected bets and return the wagered amounts to the Players' Accounts.
• ah333 uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for all applicable games. RNG outcomes are independently audited to ensure fairness and randomness.
• For live dealer games and sports betting, the rules of the specific game or market apply. In the event of any dispute regarding a game outcome, the decision of ah333's gaming system and, where applicable, the relevant sports governing body shall be final.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and betting markets. These limits are displayed within each game or market interface.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ah333 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate Account suspension or permanent closure, forfeiture of Account Balance and Bonus funds, and reporting to relevant authorities where required by law:

• Registering more than one Account on the Platform.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or at any other time.
• Using any software, bot, script, algorithm, or automated system to interact with the Platform or gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Colluding with other Players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit bonus offers.
• Engaging in any form of fraud, including but not limited to chargeback fraud, identity fraud, or payment fraud.
• Accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction.
• Allowing any third party to access or use your Account.
• Engaging in any conduct that disrupts the normal operation of the Platform or negatively affects the experience of other Players.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with any part of the Platform's software or systems.

All content on the ah333 Platform, including but not limited to the ah333 brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, game interfaces, software, and all other materials, is the exclusive intellectual property of ah333 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of ah333.

ah333 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the ah333 Privacy Policy.

ah333 implements industry-standard security measures, including 256-bit SSL encryption, to protect your personal and financial data. However, no data transmission over the internet can be guaranteed to be completely secure, and ah333 cannot warrant the absolute security of any information transmitted to or from the Platform.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ah333 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of gaming opportunities, even if ah333 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

ah333's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with these Terms or the Player's use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player into their ah333 Account in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

ah333 does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the Platform. The Platform may be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond ah333's reasonable control. ah333 shall not be liable for any losses arising from Platform unavailability.

ah333 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and minimizing the potential for gambling-related harm. The Platform provides the following responsible gaming tools to all registered Players:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their Account to control their spending.
• Session Time Limits: Players may set limits on the duration of individual gaming sessions.
• Reality Checks: Players may enable periodic notifications reminding them of the time elapsed during a gaming session.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who wish to take a break from gaming may request a temporary or permanent self-exclusion from the Platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly by the ah333 support team.
• Account Cooling-Off: Players may request a short-term cooling-off period during which their Account will be temporarily suspended.

ah333 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Player Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where ah333 reasonably believes that:

• The Player has breached any provision of these Terms.
• The Player has engaged in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal conduct.
• The Player has provided false or misleading information.
• Continued operation of the Account poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform or to other Players.
• The Player is subject to a self-exclusion order or has been identified as a problem gambler.

Upon Account closure, any real-money Balance remaining in the Account (net of any Bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method, subject to completion of KYC verification and any applicable withdrawal processing times.

Players may also request voluntary Account closure at any time by contacting the ah333 support team. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines.

In the event of any dispute between a Player and ah333, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute through good-faith negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, either party may refer the matter to the appropriate Philippine regulatory authority or court of competent jurisdiction.

ah333 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, ah333 will provide reasonable notice to Players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect. The date of the most recent revision will be indicated at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the ah333 Platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Section 13.
